I only had a weekend to find a place when I moved to HK and I needed a realtor who was up to the challenge. He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong.
